Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist at Escher Labs in Chennai. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, architecture, MEP coordination, submittals, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of building information modeling processes.
Qualifications
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Architecture knowledge and experience
- Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination
- Skills in creating submittals
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
